About Georgie :

My personal yoga practice started about ten years ago when my mum suggested it may help me. I suffered from panic attacks and anxiety disorder from the age of twelve. Yoga slowly but surely became an integral part of my life.

While the physical practice keeps my body healthy, the philosophical and spiritual roots of yoga look after my mind.


Over the last few years, yoga kept me sane. When we weren’t allowed outside, to travel, to hug loved ones, I practised yoga twice a day (with the gorgeous Blessed Yoga community on Zoom), meditated, and read about the history and philosophy of yoga. This was where I made the transition from practising for myself, too wanting to teach others.
