Ross Ridpath holder of English, European & Southwest titles, and gold medals in MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Thai Boxing and TaeKwonDo has been training in Martial Arts since the age of 5.

He now holds Black Belts in BJJ & TaeKwonDo, and is proud to be joining Team Absolute MMA, as the official Absolute MMA Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor.
